For users who transacted on Excelcraft.com, the transaction (sale, fulfillment, and payment processing) was handled, as described in the next section, by authorized reseller, FastSpring which collected the necessary Personal Information for order fulfillment and payment processing.

Cookies are now disabled on this site, so aggregate, non-personal information is not collected. We receive Personal Information from users who email the Site.

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Site and your information. With the exception of customer service and support emails, documents containing Personal Information, received from FastSpring, and which can be accessed again by us at FastSpring are deleted on receipt and not retained. We do not rent, sell, or share Users’ information with third parties.

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
